Grade 9 Titanium

Grade 9 (3AL-2.5V) titanium is the sweet spot for bicycle frames: stronger than commercially pure titanium yet more workable than the aerospace-grade 6AL-4V. Cold-drawn tubes yield a uniquely supple, fatigue-proof ride that outlasts any steel or aluminium frame.

Nevi is a small artisan titanium frame builder from Bergamo, Italy, producing handmade frames since 1992. The Grimsel is their endurance road model with ovalised top tube and S-bend seatstays. New frames (Classic model) retail at ~EUR 3'950 with carbon fork and headset. Very few appear on the used market due to low production numbers.
